Spatia is serious about the commitment to our values and the community, spearheading the development of East Street Mews.
A ground-breaking initiative in Bristol, East Street Mews is creating eleven contemporary apartments to provide much-needed affordable housing for young homeless people in the city.
Led by Gavin Bridge – with support from local charities Developing Health & Independence (DHI), LandAid, 1625 Independent People and Bristol City Council – an innovative team of local businesses, charities and property experts, many of which are involved in our supply chain, are all working together free of charge to deliver East Street Mews.
When complete, the apartments will be offered at low rent levels set according to an amount young homeless people can afford to pay.
East Street Mews will provide a solid foundation on which its residents can move on to the next stage of their lives in education or employment.
