Today we are proud to launch Spatia Birchcroft, a new collaboration with Surrey house builder Sam Warren of Birchcroft
Whilst I am probably best known for sustainable office projects and brownfield mixed use development I have for some time wanted to create a regional house builder focussing on sites of up to 50 homes.
This will be complimentary to my other work and looks to address a gap in the market of a well funded and experienced management team nimble enough to take on sites of less than 50 homes.
Backed by private equity Sam and I are looking for sites in Bristol, Bath, Somerset Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.
Sam has a great track record in designing and delivering houses and apartments in Surrey and the wider South East and we are looking to combine that expertise with my local knowledge, deal structuring and collaborative approach with partners old and new in the West Country.
Sites can be acquired with or without planning and we’d be delighted to work with community groups and housing associations too. 2% introductory fees paid.
