Spatia are working with a sustainable investor looking to acquire 20,000 acres across the UK. Repurposing these farms or estates and adopting a rewilding approach. Each acquisition is to be ideally of 500 acres but a minimum of 250 acres.
Estates and farms currently under consideration are located in South West Scotland, Yorkshire, Somerset and Devon but we are keen to identify more.
