Spatia steams ahead as infrastructure and complex site assembly expert Chris Selway joins Neil, Nick and Gavin.
Chris is a recognised infrastructure and compulsory purchase specialist in compensation claims, valuation, ransom negotiations, restrictive covenants, utilities, easements and expert witness work.
He has more than 40 years’ experience including 20 years inside the rail industry were he worked on privatisation and vesting and the Channel Tunnel rail links.
More recently he stepped down as sector lead from an international real estate consultancy where he acted for a substantial number of major claimants against HS2.
He served on both the CBI Regional Council an RICS Regional Board Member for the South West.
Chris will focus on identifying residential, mixed use and logistics development opportunities for Spatia across the UK particularly, where it involves complex and challenging acquisitions and site assemblies.
